Welcome to the Begin to Heal 3-Day Women's Retreat
This retreat is for any woman needing time to heal, rejuvenate, and learn skills and practices to navigate life's challenges and stressors with greater ease. It’s a chance to connect inwards, hear the wisdom of your soul, and rediscover your inner peace.

WHEN?
Arrive anytime after 4:00 PM on Friday, September 12, 2025 (to relax and get settled), and depart at noon on Sunday, September 14th. Programming starts at 5:00PM Friday.
This retreat is about giving you space to breathe and slow down to begin healing.
If you’re feeling numb, worn down, disconnected. If the idea of spending a weekend with other women feels uncomfortable or even a little scary, I know exactly how that feels because that was me. And that is why I have created this space.
You won't be overwhelmed here, nothing is fast or forced. You don’t have to do anything or be anything, there are no demands of you here. You don’t have to prepare anything or even be “ready.” You just have to show up.
I create this space for women who've been carrying too much for too long. Who’s tired of pretending everything’s fine. For the one who’s forgotten what calm even feels like.
We’ll move slowly. We’ll learn simple tools to release stress and regulate your nervous system. No rush, no pressure. Just small steps toward feeling a little more like yourself again. You’ll be gently guided through practices that can help calm the heaviness in your body, settle the racing thoughts, and make space for the part of you that’s been longing to be heard.

Candlelight Guided Meditation: Relax and breathe as you're gently guided inward. These sessions help you slow down, clear your mind, and reconnect within.

Candlelight Restorative Yoga Practice: Gentle, floor-based yoga poses to release tension, soothe the body, and strengthen the mind-body connection (perfect for beginners).

Candlelight Sound Bath: Begin and end each day with a soothing sound bath to calm your mind, balance your emotions, and promote a deep sense of inner peace.

Journaling: Exercises to gain clarity on emotional healing and purpose, followed by group discussions to deepen your insights.

EFT Tapping Workshop: Practice tapping techniques to manage stress, anxiety, fear, and challenging emotions, promoting emotional healing.

Candlelight Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): A deeply restorative practice that promotes relaxation, emotional healing, and stress relief. No prior experience needed.

Holistic Modalities for Healing & Transformation: Learn about alternative healing methods like essential oils, herbal remedies, and energy healing for stress, anxiety, and emotional balance.

Group Coaching Circles: Reflect, journal, and connect with others on a shared journey of healing and emotional growth.

Evening Soul Circles by the Fire: Gather around the fire in a nurturing environment to share, connect, and heal together.

Soulful Downtime: Enjoy restful moments to relax and unwind on the serene property grounds.

Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) and Fire Release: Experience an enchanting evening of forest bathing, surrounded by nature. End with a fire release for deep healing.

Creating Routines: Discover how to develop quick, meaningful routines for daily stress relief, emotional healing, and inner peace.

Departure and Reflective Farewell: Close the weekend with a gratitude practice, reflecting on your journey and carrying newfound peace forward.

*you are welcome to bring any food you wish with you and store it in the shared refrigerator.

This retreat is completely beginner friendly and can be a powerful first step into healing & self-care or for those who are already on a path of healing, self-discovery and self-care. Come alone or come with a friend! All are welcome.

Cancellation/Refund policy: If using payment plan, the first payment/first instalment is non-refundable at any time of cancellation. If paying in full, 33% of payment is a non-refundable instalment at any time of cancellation. No exceptions to this policy. A 50% refund (on total amount paid minus non-refundable deposit) is available if cancelling 31-60 days from retreat start date. Then, due to limited retreat spots and costs to cover retreat, no refunds are available if cancelling 30 days or less prior to retreat. No transfer of dates available at any time.

Have you ever felt like your life was spiraling out of control, couldn’t figure out why you felt like you did, unable to find answers with traditional medicine. Never done yoga before, no idea what sound bath means or even participate in a grounding exercise. I highly encourage you to attend one of Nikki’s classes. I did not know what I needed but I knew it was something so I googled women’s retreats in KCMO and Nikki came up. I read her story, kinda sounded familiar then I saw where she was having a retreat not far from my home (bonus).

Nikki has the most warm soul. We were greeted with hugs and let me take your bags out at the drive. Never met her face to face, but it was like we had been friends for years.
I was shown to my beautiful room where a personal note was waiting for me along with the weekends agenda. I was then introduced to other guests, and encouraged to get a beverage and a snack.
This retreat was a sampling of things that had helped Nikki with her journey and she was giving us access to them so we could see what would resonate with us.
I came to this retreat broken.
I left feeling peace, calm, and a toolbox full of resources to help me, and one answer as to why I felt broken, and a 5 week journaling exercise, and phone numbers I can call. Essential oils with purpose. 2 types of journals to write in. Tissue boxes every where and you never knew when you would need them. The downstairs was set-up beautifully with candles, yoga mats, bolsters, meditation pillows and blankets. Did I say blankets amazing!! Doing meditation and being safe and secure with 2 blankets on you. If you are unsure why you are struggling or you feel like the physical ailments just keep piling up and you don’t want another pill, I highly encourage you to reach out to Nikki or sign up for one of her classes, circles, retreats you will not be disappointed. Nikki is a women of God willing to be used as a vessel by him to bring health/peace/resources to women like me that are wandering in the desert and can’t find our way out!!!

The location was outstanding. Communication provided before the retreat was excellent. I loved the encouragement for comfy clothes and that we could bring our own pillow and blankets (also knowing that there would be plenty there for us to use if not). The greeting upon arrival was amazing. You have a great energy and I felt welcomed and special. My love language is touch so that hug put me in a good peace of mind right away. Getting a gift right away was unexpected and it was such a treat. I enjoyed when you explained what the items were in the gift bag. Not only was the bag pretty, there were so much details with the gifts in the bag. This also made me feel special (like it was a treat). I felt completely comfortable getting up to get food/snack/drink. This testifies that you're a wonderful host creating that atmosphere of comfort and to make ourselves feel at home. I enjoyed our first circle group and getting to hear from the other women.
I think your vulnerability encouraged that in the rest of us and it was a great first circle group hearing from the other women.
Walking downstairs, I was in awe. The serene setup downstairs was breathtaking. No doubt about it, everything we did downstairs was my absolute favorite. I LOVED the guided meditation, easy-flow yoga, sound bath, ALL OF IT! I didn't want to leave the downstairs! From the setup, to the smell, to the sound of your voice, it was absolutely refreshing to my soul. God is in the details and no detail was missed downstairs. What an amazing experience and thank you so much for that.

I've never done a wellness retreat before, I am a little hesitant and unsure if this is for me.
Absolutely understandable! It's completely natural to feel hesitant when deciding to try something new like this. A wellness retreat is a chance to enter a nurturing environment where you can focus on your well-being, rediscover yourself, and learn new ways to feel healthier and happier overall. Many women who were nervous at first often end up having an incredible transformative and empowering experience!
Do you need any experience to join this retreat?
No! Everything we are doing at this retreat is beginner friendly and completely optional! I want this to be a place of peace and relaxation for you. The restorative yoga practice is gentle and can be modified or you are welcome to enjoy the peaceful time to rest.
Is it ok to come solo?
Absolutely! Attending a retreat solo can be a transforming experience! I offer welcoming and safe surroundings so we can focus on turning inward and getting the most out of the retreat!
