Hi, I’m Nikki!

​I specialize in guiding women towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their life's purpose and help women create greater inner peace, fulfillment and purpose within their lives. Unlike many others, my approach combines alternative healing modalities like mindset shifts, meditation, reflection, restorative yoga, and the power of presence with the realization of integrating this into daily life.

My Story
At a critical crossroads in my own life, I faced a choice: continue down a dangerous path, or embrace change. Struggling to understand my inner turmoil, I started on a journey of deep introspection and self-discovery. Through the power of mindset shifts, mindfulness practices, and holistic wellness, I have not only navigated out of my personal darkness but created a life of greater inner peace, empowerment, fulfillment and alignment with my true purpose.

The Shift Into Purpose program is designed for women looking to learn and explore practices that help decrease stress and negative thought patterns, improve emotion regulation, form a stronger relationship with oneself, create greater clarity on your path and greater inner peace, self-love, purpose and fulfillment within.

If we don't have practices and routines that connect us inwards, connect us to presence and connect us to an inward sense of purpose, fulfillment and self-love, life can feel challenging, stressful and unfulfilling. We can end up feeling stuck, numb, lost/sad, running on autopilot, and endlessly meeting everyone else's needs. This program includes powerful teachings, practices and modalities to help us develop an inner sense of groundedness & peace, inner connection and inward fulfillment & purpose.​

My goal as a coach is to create a nurturing environment where women can explore their inner world, uncover limiting beliefs, and develop a positive mindset that propels them towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
I am dedicated to helping each woman unlock their full potential and lead a life aligned with their true purpose so they too can experience joy, authenticity, and fulfillment!

The location was outstanding. Communication provided before the retreat was excellent. I loved the encouragement for comfy clothes and that we could bring our own pillow and blankets (also knowing that there would be plenty there for us to use if not). The greeting upon arrival was amazing. You have a great energy and I felt welcomed and special. My love language is touch so that hug put me in a good peace of mind right away. Getting a gift right away was unexpected and it was such a treat. I enjoyed when you explained what the items were in the gift bag. Not only was the bag pretty, there were so much details with the gifts in the bag. This also made me feel special (like it was a treat). I felt completely comfortable getting up to get food/snack/drink. This testifies that you're a wonderful host creating that atmosphere of comfort and to make ourselves feel at home. Walking downstairs, I was in awe. The serene setup downstairs was breathtaking. No doubt about it, everything we did downstairs was my absolute favorite. I LOVED the guided meditation, easy-flow yoga, sound bath, ALL OF IT! I didn't want to leave the downstairs! From the setup, to the smell, to the sound of your voice, it was absolutely refreshing to my soul. God is in the details and no detail was missed downstairs.
