General:
Cancellation/Refund policy: If using payment plan, the first payment/first instalment is non-refundable at any time of cancellation. If paying in full, 33% of payment is a non-refundable instalment at any time of cancellation. No exceptions to this policy. A 50% refund (on total amount paid minus non-refundable deposit) is available if cancelling 61-90 days from retreat start date. Then, due to limited retreat spots and costs to cover retreat, no refunds are available if cancelling 60 days or less prior to retreat. No transfer of dates available at any time. If retreat is cancelled, a full refund is provided.
Inclement Weather Policy for Retreats
I will make every effort to proceed as planned, certain weather conditions may require the cancellation of a retreat or event.
Please review the following policy:

General Policy:

Retreats will continue as scheduled despite winter storms or inclement weather warnings.

No refunds or date transfers will be provided due to winter storms or adverse weather conditions.

Guests are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts in advance and making appropriate travel arrangements. This may include arriving in the retreat location earlier or securing additional accommodations before or after the retreat/event if needed.

We are unable to accommodate weather conditions in different locations from which guests may be traveling. Travelers should plan accordingly, considering potential delays or disruptions.

Each guest must assess their own travel safety and make informed decisions regarding their ability to attend based on weather conditions.

Cancellation Criteria:
A retreat will be canceled if any of the following conditions occur in the retreat/event location:

A significant snowfall exceeding 8 inches within a 24-hour period.

A snowfall of 8 inches or more within a 24-hour period combined with winds of 25 mph or higher, leading to widespread visibility reductions for at least six hours.

Rescheduling:

If a retreat is canceled due to the above conditions, it will be rescheduled to a new date selected by the event organizer.

If a guest is unable to attend the rescheduled event, no refunds or date transfers will be offered. However, guests may put their booking toward my online coaching program (SHIFT Into Purpose) if they are unable to attend the new date.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
This Terms of Participation and Release of Liability Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Nikki Sullivan Wellness LLC (“Nikki Sullivan Wellness”) and the undersigned participant (“Participant”). By engaging in services provided by Nikki Sullivan Wellness, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
Nikki Sullivan Wellness provides complementary and alternative wellness services, including but not limited to Women's Coaching, Private Coaching Packages, Meditation, Group Online Programs, and Women's Retreats. These services are intended for educational and self-improvement purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Nikki Sullivan Wellness is not a licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or psychotherapy facility. Nikki Sullivan is not a licensed medical doctor, psychotherapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other healthcare provider. She does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. The services provided, including discussions, techniques, or practices related to meditation, mindfulness, emotional well-being, stress reduction, personal development, energy work, and holistic wellness strategies, are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment.
If Participant is experiencing symptoms of a medical or mental health condition, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, or suicidality, it is strongly recommended that they seek appropriate professional medical or psychiatric care prior to engaging in any services provided by Nikki Sullivan Wellness.
By participating in the services, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The services offered may involve physical, emotional, and psychological exertion, which may result in discomfort, distress, or unforeseen effects.

Activities provided during retreats and programs—including but not limited to meditation, breathwork, yoga, journaling, self-reflection, energy work, and group discussions—carry inherent risks. Not all risks can be anticipated in advance.

Participant is solely responsible for assessing their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after participation.

Any additional activities engaged in outside of structured services, including but not limited to walking, swimming, running, or exercising, are done at Participant’s own risk and are not supervised or endorsed by Nikki Sullivan Wellness.

Participant is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate health and travel insurance coverage.
Nikki Sullivan Wellness makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the outcomes of participation in services. Individual results vary, and any expected benefits from participation are not assured.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Nikki Sullivan Wellness LLC, Nikki Sullivan, Nicole Sullivan, Nicole Cox, and any affiliated agents, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, or assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from or relate to participation in services, including but not limited to bodily injury, psychological distress, emotional distress, illness, economic loss, or death.
Participant expressly assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, psychological effects, known or unknown, incurred as a result of participating in these services and knowingly and voluntarily waives any claim against Nikki Sullivan Wellness LLC, its affiliates, and representatives.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Nikki Sullivan Wellness LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator in the applicable jurisdiction.
By engaging in services with Nikki Sullivan Wellness LLC, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
